Magnus Marthinsen. Mechanic, naturalist, filmmaker and writer.
Growing up in the Norwegian countryside, Magnus early on developed a growing interest for farming and machinery, which over the years pretty much formed him to who he is today. Magnus has always loved nature, since his first memories from his time sitting besides the grain fields -watching tractors. Although, it was first in his early 20´s his interest for wilderness travel and bushcraft blossomed. And that have led him to have spent time together with some big names in the bushcraft/outdoor world, like the well known British woodsman, Ray Mears and the Norwegian explorer Lars Monsen.
With the Nordic forest close to hand, this is his main habitat where he is used to thrive, but also adventures on the British Isles, Iceland and across North America is found in his travel log.
He has also been a writer for the Norwegian magazine "Traktor" since 2015. And also delivered several articles in different Norwegian outdoor magazines.
